As always, the entire staff is extremely welcoming, personable & professional. We were able to get an appointment, at the end of the day, for our little one who was showing some discomfort. My family started at Dr Floys previous Vienna office when I was a little one. Dr Floys first year I had my daughter and now almost 8 years later my family and I have followed her and her team to Fairfax. She has such a kind heart and is amazing with the kiddos, she takes the extra mile in her care which makes our visits more personable as if she’s known us forever outside. Not too sure why there are so many negative reviews, but this practice is amazing! First of all, Dr. Floy and Dr. Rojas are both awesome and so very kind. You can just tell that they truly care about their patients. They are always so friendly and helpful, answering any questions I have and never seem to be in a rush. The front desk and staff are equally as kind and helpful. They really go out of their way to help and are very professional as well. They are prompt and follow through with everything that they say they will do. I would 10000% recommend this office to anyone who is looking for care for their little one. I am a first time mom with a 3 month old, so it makes me very happy that I have found such a great office with amazing doctors and staff to take care of my little one.
